"Bro, that's crazy," the other laughed. "What if our whole existence is just a tiny part of something much bigger, like we're ants in a giant's garden?"

"Or what if every choice we make just creates a new universe? Like, choosing cereal over toast for breakfast could split the cosmos.“

"Damn, bro. Okay, I know, what if we're just two made-up characters in a made-up story on a stupid website and this dumbass is reading it, thinking they're outside the story, when in reality, they're as much a part of it as we are."

And then, they both slowly turned their heads to look at you.
