Buying anticipation
As I click 'buy now', my heart races with excitement. I've just purchased something new, something I've been eyeing for weeks. I imagine the sleek, shiny thing in my hands, its cool surface and the promise of new experiences.
At the sound of every vehicle, I peek out the window, hoping to catch a glimpse of the delivery van. When it finally arrives, my excitement peaks. I rush to the door, almost dancing with anticipation.
I eagerly open the package, feeling its heft and texture in my hands. Inside, the new item sits, its surface cool and untouched. I run my fingertips over it, briefly relishing its newness. Setting it down gently, I race back online to the next thing, chasing the feeling of waiting for something new.
